Job Description
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced administrator for their yachting and aviation department.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
– Preparation of documentation for signature
– Preparation of minutes
– Deal with direct correspondence and liaison with clients and intermediaries
– Dealing directly with Directors and Senior Management
– Performing Annual File Reviews
– Discharging ‘Ad hoc’ projects
– Ensuring the client Database remains updated at all times
– Preparing and checking payments
– Assisting with large scale purchase and sale completions
Skills and Experience Required:
– Minimum of 3 to 4 years’ experience in a Corporate Service Provider dealing with yachting and aviation
– Ability to work and remain calm in a busy time pressured environment
– Ability to work as part of a team and assist colleagues as appropriate
– Display initiative and ability to make decisions under pressure
