Job Description

The purpose of this role is to be responsible for Settlement functions of the Company, and maintain appropriate recording and controls in place around these functions.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
– To maintain client relationships where applicable for both private clients, Fund Managers and Institutions;
– Daily chasing of contract notes with respective Fund Managers making sure outstanding items are kept to a minimum at all times;
– Develop service procedures, policies and standards of service;
– Daily production of various reports to assists both internal and external clients;
– Work closely with internal and external clients, to ensure the highest standards of client services are maintained at all times;
– Ensure adherence to strict internal and regulatory control policies including the accurate collection & completion of all required documentation;
– Conform to Company’s AML procedures and guidelines at all times;

Skills and Experience Required:
– Experience in a Settlements or Dealing department;
– Experience in servicing customers;
– Ability to think strategically;
– Strong communication skills (both written/ verbal);
– A good eye for detail and a high level of accuracy;
– Ability to plan own work and manage in order to meet deadlines;
– Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
