Job Description

Role Responsibilities:
– Follow up on contract notes with respective Fund Managers making sure outstanding items are kept to a minimum
– Contribute to the creation and maintenance of service procedures, policies and standards of service
– Produce reports to assist internal and external clients
– Working closely with internal and external clients, ensuring the highest standards of client services are maintained
– Ensure adherence to strict internal and regulatory control policies, including the accurate collection & completion of required documentation
– Abide by the Company’s AML procedures and guidelines
– Contribute to internal and external audits as required

Skills & Experience Required:
– Experience in a Settlements department
– Experience in servicing customers
– Ability to think strategically
– Strong communications skills
– A key eye for detail and high level of accuracy
– Ability to plan and manage own work to meet deadlines
– Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking
