Senior Customer Services New Business Administrators

Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced senior team member required to join the Customer Services team of an International Wealth Platform company.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
– Reviewing new business applications for quality and regulatory Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing control purposes
– Ensuring new business applications have been accepted and processed in line with internal guidelines & procedures
– Contacting Financial Advisers and Customers to request outstanding information
– Client set up on Customer Relations Management system and Wealth Platform
– Data capture and recording management information data
– Support the department with project work to ensure a consistently high level of service is provided

Skills and experience required:
– A minimum of 3 years’ experience within a new business role within Investments or Life Assurance
– Strong communication and organisational skills
– Ability to deliver against deadlines with accuracy and quality performance
– Strong attention to detail skills
– Relationship and stakeholder management skills
– 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) grade C or above including English and Maths
– Familiar with Microsoft Office
– You will require a proven track record having a strong knowledge of Customer Due Diligence requirements in line with the Isle Of Man Financial Services Authority AML/CFT requirements and Guidance for Investment Business
