Job Description

Role Duties:
This role will involve undertaking administration duties relating to the Onboarding stages for the International business as well as proactively contributing to designing and delivering the most positive experience for the clients customers.

– Accurate input when recording data to the clients system
– Identify enhancements to processes and contribute towards their implementation
– To positively contribute to team meetings and engage in open discussion to share information and experience
– To confidently take incoming Onboarding calls and provide a quality customer experience and convey clear information

– Demonstrates enthusiasm and a positive approach to their working performance
– Be open and able to adapt to change
– Excellent communication skills
– Strong team player who is able to work with limited supervision
– Confident self- starter
