As part of the First Contact Resolution Group you will be responsible for customer perception of our service, working both within the team and independently to enhance this perception.

You will be responsible for the implementation of a service that ensures the maximum availability of our products and services while minimising interruption should any maintenance or upgrades be required, thus ensuring the maximum potential for revenue generation.

You will be responsible for the correct operation and recovery of hardware and software systems. You will engage with both operators and the software development house to establish effective testing and implementation procedures.

You will be required to resolve support issues within Key Performance Indicators, provide on-going IT solutions, develop and maintain productive client relationships, be active in and have a positive approach to problem resolution.

You will work on a shift basis in accordance with a shift schedule and as a member of the team respond immediately to escalations where there is a financial or reputational impact.

Skills, qualifications and experience:

At least 2 years demonstrable experience in Windows Server

Knowledge of IT infrastructure (Servers, Networking and Storage) applications, gained within the online gaming industry

High attention to detail

MCITP: Windows Server

Excellent customer service and communication skills

MCTS: SQL Server 2008

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and perform under pressure

Knowledge of virtualisation technologies

Working shift patterns

This role is for a period of 6 months
