The primary focus will be working as part of the support team involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, together with system builds and installations.
Our client is looking for a confident logical individual with good interpersonal skills and a sound general knowledge of IT who can also prioritise and take ownership of workloads to ensure the team meet agreed targets/SLAs.
The candidate should be able to demonstrate past knowledge of support of Microsoft Desktop & Server operating systems
The role will assist in the cover and support of a diverse client base dealing with fault fix and explaining technical instructions in a non-technical way is essential.
Any experience with ITIL is advantageous but not essential.
