Our client is looking for a Junior Administrator who is flexible as this role will cover two internal departments.
– Various administrative tasks such as conducting company and property searches, World checks, compliance data gathering, collating training records
– Reception cover which includes filing, archiving, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, maintaining kitchens and meetings rooms, ordering stationary and kitchen supplies.
– There will also be other ad hoc duties within the office to ensure smooth, effective running.
Skills & Experience Required:
– Excellent communication skills
– Be presentable in appearance
– High levels of motivation with a can do attitude
– Enthusiasm and have good organisational skills
– Typing skills and GCSE English Grade C would be advantageous
– The ability to work as part of a team within a busy office environment is essential.
