Job Description

Our client is currently looking for contractors for a minimum period of 6 months to support a large change programme involving the stand up of a new administration system, data and system migrations and integration testing.

Responsibilities include:
– Conducting analysis and producing clear documentation, including test documentation where necessary;
– Identifying and managing test related issues throughout the development lifecycle;
– Delivering accurate estimates of time and resources for assigned test phases, including dependencies, risks and assumptions;
– Communicating progress against test plans

Skills and Experience Required:
– Experience in the use of test management tools (e.g. Jira or Azure DevOps) for Test Case creation and execution and experience working with large migration programmes;
– Previous experience working in a similar role within in a financial services environment and be suitably qualified or qualified by experience;
– Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
– The ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure and generate and follow comprehensive test plans;
– ISTQB Foundation level qualification as a minimum
