Job Description

Our client is currently looking for a HR Advisor for a fixed 12 month contract.
This is a varied and interesting role within a fast paced environment, ideally suited to someone with a proven background in the full spectrum of HR administration.

Role Responsibilities:
– A point of contact for HR queries
– Administration of payroll for all jurisdictions
– Administer Company benefit schemes eg. Pension, Private Healthcare
– Responsible for all aspects of the employee life cycle – from recruitment to leavers
– Support and develop Wellbeing initiatives
– Support the recruitment process ensuring consistency of approach
– Act as HR Advisor for all employee related matters
– Support the HR project lead in the delivery of various HR projects
– Liaise with third parties such as recruitment agencies and scheme providers
– Interpret and advise on employment legislation
– Monitor, review and update all policies in line with current legislation and best practice

Skills & Experience Required:
– Previous experience in HR is essential
– Excellent communication and organisational skills
– Ability to manage and prioritise own workload in a fast paced environment
– Self-motivated with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
– Be able to work as part of a team as well as the ability to work independently
– Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
– Champion our Values (Respect, Innovation, Integrity & Quality)
– Competent in all Microsoft applications
– Knowledge of SharePoint would be beneficial
