Our client is looking for an individual to manage and host front desk reception within an established company on the island.
Duties will include:
– Meeting and greeting customer and client visitors;
– Answering calls and dealing with enquiries, or directing enquiries to the relevant contacts within the business;
– Contacting customers with updates as required;
– Ensuring all meeting areas are presented well;
Skills and Experience Required:
– Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a receptionist position within a busy environment;
– Confident telephone manner;
– The ability to communicate with people at all levels providing the highest customer service levels.
Hours 08:30am – 5:30pm
This position will initially be offered on a Temporary bass, but has the potential to become a permanent role.
