Job Description

Role Description:
To fulfil the requirements of the role within service standards, properly following internal processes and controls, and providing support to the rest of the team and division. Responsibilities include: creation, placement and settlement of trades; set up and maintenance of assets, funds broker records and policyholder investment portfolio records; application and management of dividends and rebates; processing of in specie transfer requests; investigation and resolution of stock reconciliation queries. Professional and timely communication with policyholders, IFAs, and investment related financial firms is fundamental to this role.

Skills & Experience Required:
– Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Financial Services
– Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Minimum of 5 x GCSE (or equivalent) grade C or above, including English and Maths
– Honest, reliable and professional, and takes ownership of responsibilities
– Able to work within a team or on own initiative
– Good administration, literacy, numeracy, planning and organisational skills
– Able to meet targets and goals with accurate results
– Positive can-do attitude and commitment to “get the job done”
