Job Description

Our client is currently looking for a Customer Services Administrator to work within their busy Loans Department.

Role Responsibilities:
– Handling incoming telephone calls and dealing with queries in a professional manner
– Responding to customer queries via email
– Responsibility of all queries until fully resolved
– Ability to manage own workload and work off own initiative

Skills & Experience Required:
– Lending knowledge and previous Financial Services experience preferable
– Minimum of 5 GCSEs grade A-C
– Excellent verbal and communication skills
– Excellent attention to detail
– Have a strong work ethic and the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
