Our clients growing professional services company is seeking motivated sales consultants for business set up advice and immigration enquiries.
The telesales team are employed to answer enquiries and help people navigate the different options available to those needing to decide where best to apply to live and work before referring to the team of senior advisors for consultations and then relationship managing the clients through the immigration application process.
You will be conducting telephone campaigns following up leads that the Company will supply to you, emphasising overseas leads and to assist in telephone campaigns for third parties who wish to use the Company’s services. Depending on where the client is based in the world, they are likely to require telephone conversations at different times of the day and clear email correspondence to manage the process from start to finish.
You will be part of a team and must be a good team player, strive to represent the Company’s objectives and to be continually sensitive to all facets of the overall quality of service being received by clients.
You will be provided with a CRM account and you will be required to set up and maintain an efficient system of diary management, use the virtual call system.
Assisting your clients with the setting up of their business operations and referring to our partners is a critical part of the role.
Full training will be provided on the different choices available around the world for migration and on our services and systems but as well as excellent oral communication skills, an ability to correspond with good written English is essential. Our people must be able to anticipate problems and difficulties and take suitable actions.
Although training is provided, a sales background, knowledge and understanding of the immigration process and experience setting up new businesses or new business streams for larger corporations is an essential requirement for this role.
