Job Description

Our client has an opening for a Consumer Sales and Service Advisor to join their busy department.

Role Responsibilities:
– Contribute to maintaining a high, industry standard, working environment that achieves the best possible results in performance
– Handle all customer contacts across physical, voice (phone), email, web chat, SMS, social media and white mail as directed
– Positively participate in company-wide management projects, initiatives and meetings as directed by your Team Manager
– Keeping up to date with all training, coaching and quality assessment assigned

Skills & Experience Required:
– Must have a passion for delivering excellent customer service
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Ability for building rapport with everyone they come into contact with
– Good administration skills
– Excellent Team Player
– Proactive with resolving a problem and recommending solutions to prevent those problems occurring again
– Experience of a similar customer facing role to a high standard
