Job Description

You will be responsible for the running of a busy event restaurant and have a minimum 5 years proven experience, excellent knowledge of modern British cuisine, including daily dessert, bread, cakes, and scones.
Assisting the head chef in daily running of kitchen additional duties will include dealing with ordering of stock, rotations and control.

You will have a strong teamwork ethic and be able to work shifts. Driving licence preferred as you will be required to travel to offsite locations.
