Job Description
Our client is looking for an Audit Director to join the Board of the audit department. We require a candidate that can demonstrate excellence in people management skills, overseeing projects and leading business development activities.
Role Responsibilities
– Client advisory
– Lead and oversee a diverse portfolio of clients
– Building team capability
– Contribute to resource planning
– Review of audit files
– Identify development needs within the team and provide coaching and mentoring
– Liaising directly with clients
– Attract, develop and retain our most talented colleagues
Skills & Experience Required
– Qualified ACA or ACCA or Equivalent
– Audit Director experience or senior manager of 3+ years’ experience
– Proven excellent leadership performance and development of staff
– Attention to detail
– Excellent interaction skills
– Excellent communication skills
– Able to work on their own initiative
– Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
