Job Description

The purpose of this role is to assist the Financial Manager working as one of three Assistants within the department team.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
– Ledger posting in accounting system;
– Reconcile and monitor supplier accounts;
– Preparing bank payments;
– Post supplier invoices;
– Fixed assets;
– Any other ad hoc duties as required by manager

Skills and Experience Required:
– Good accounting knowledge and reasonable practical experience;
– Excellent IT knowledge particularly with Excel;
– Ability to work with minimal supervision;
– Be prepared to work to tight deadlines;
– Accurate with attention to detail
– Have good organisational skills;
– Ability to work as a part of a team
